Dr. Elizabeth Arreguin — known to everyone as Dr. Liz — has been caring for children's dental health in the Modesto community for more than 20 years. Her journey in dentistry began not in dental school, but as a dental assistant, where she discovered her passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
That hands-on experience gave Dr. Liz a unique perspective. She understands every aspect of the dental office — from the front desk to the chair — and it shows in the way she runs her practice. Every team member is trained to prioritize warmth, patience, and communication, especially with young patients who may be nervous about their visit.
After earning her DDS, Dr. Liz chose to focus exclusively on pediatric dentistry because she believes that a positive dental experience in childhood sets the foundation for a lifetime of healthy smiles. Her approach combines modern dental techniques with a genuine warmth that puts even the most anxious kids at ease.
As a mother herself, Dr. Liz understands the concerns parents have about their children's health. She takes the time to explain treatment options, answer questions, and involve parents as partners in their child's dental care journey.
Dr. Liz and her team are proud to serve Modesto's diverse community. The practice is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, ensuring that every family can communicate comfortably and receive the highest quality care.

Our Philosophy
We never rush. Every child gets the time they need to feel comfortable. We use "tell-show-do" techniques so there are no surprises, and we celebrate every brave moment.
We teach kids (and parents!) about oral health in fun, age-appropriate ways. When children understand why dental care matters, they become active partners in their own health.
Parents are always welcome in the treatment room. We keep you informed at every step, discuss options openly, and work together to make the best decisions for your child.

Dental Assistant
Rosa assists Dr. Liz during treatments and has a special talent for keeping kids calm with stories and gentle encouragement. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
